Delivery will be via airmail postage. From our experience, we have found this method of delivery to be most reliable and economical. Since our hammocks are unique in that they are made by the Mlabri tribe of North Thailand, we have opted to ship the hammock/s you have purchased from the nearest post office from where the hammocks are produced, thus saving additional shipping costs.

EXPECTED TIME OF DELIVERY

Please expect your hammock to be delivered between 1 and 3 weeks. We do not make hammocks and store them while waiting for customers to buy. Most hammocks purchased via this website are ordered and then handwoven and shipped as soon as they are done. (A few of our best-sellers are produced in bigger quantities but they are snapped up as soon as they are produced.) This way you get a fresh new hammock in the chosen design, every time. Even though this means you have to wait one to three weeks (including shipping time) before receiving your hammock, we believe it is well worth the wait. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

While it may simplify the purchasing process by including the postage/shipping charges in the total cost, at Easylife Hammocks, we do not want customers who are near us to pay for more than necessary. We do not profit from the postage charges at all; what you pay is what we pay to the Post Office, plus a minimal handling charge.

FREE SHIPPING for Malaysian Buyers

For orders to a Malaysian address, we will ship via Surface Mail which will take a few extra days compared to Airmail. This means you will get to enjoy your hammock a few days later but we believe it is well worth the wait for such a huge savings. (You actually save between RM40 - RM50 ringgit for each hammock delivery).
